Job summary

The Foundation for Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis is seeking a Foundation Coordinator in a hybrid role (3 days onsite per week). You will ensure gifts are processed accurately, prepare reports, and handle administrative tasks to support fundraising efforts.

Experience with donor databases is preferred, especially Raiser's Edge, and you will collaborate with development teams to advance donor cultivation, recognition, and stewardship.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years in donor services or nonprofit admin.
• Raiser's Edge experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs general office duties: filing, scheduling meetings, assisting with projects, and maintaining supplies.
• Manages donor/prospect database and online donations; enforces security policies and reporting.
• Collaborates on donor cultivation, solicitation, recognition and stewardship.
• Oversees communications across the Foundation, coordinating with hospital marketing.
• Plans and supports staff/volunteers for Foundation events and coordinates solicitation activities.
