• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to a growing organization.
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends.
• Not-for-Profit experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support grantmaking and distribution processes with donors and board.
• Maintain CRM records and donor engagement data.
• Prepare reports analyzing philanthropic impact for leadership.
• Coordinate donor recognition and stewardship activities.
• Assist in developing CRM operations and data-entry standards.
• Provide advancement operations support and portfolio management.
