Responsibilities

• Attend weekly meetings and audit hotel events; assist bus. ops and cafeteria.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of all kitchen spaces; support health inspections.
• Assist stewarding manager with inventory accuracy across hotel areas.
• Act as liaison between kitchen and banquet departments ensuring safety protocols.
