Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor for Planet Hollywood LV. The role oversees cleanliness and maintenance in back-of-house F&B areas, managing a large team and ensuring health and safety standards are met.

The supervisor will drive staffing, training, and performance, aligning with hotel standards and regulatory requirements to deliver exceptional service. On-site, full-time position in Las Vegas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar high-volume F&B role.
• Manage a large team of 15-20 managers/supervisors and 200 hourly staff.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices and chemicals.
• Excellent communication and administration skills.
• Flexible with working various shifts and hours.

Responsibilities

• Standardize, maintain, and improve cleanliness across back-of-house areas.
• Lead Stewarding Operations Manager duties in line with hotel standards.
• Oversee staffing, training, and motivating staff to meet objectives.
• Inspect back-of-house areas for cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with SNHD, safety, and health regulations.
• Prepare weekly schedules and adjust to business needs.
• Conduct BUZZ meetings and keep the team informed of promotions.
