Job summary

Qualifications

• Must provide friendly, high-quality guest service and clear communication.
• Ability to operate floor stripping and polishing equipment.
• Stand/walk for long periods and lift/carry heavy items (100 lb minimum).

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of chinaware, glassware, silverware, and tableware.
• Operate dish wash and glass wash machinery.
• Set up pot sink with sanitizing agents and manage ware transport and storage.
• Assist in kitchen operations and sanitation, including trash removal and floor upkeep.
• Monitor dishwasher temperatures and chemical levels; ensure OSHA/HAACP compliance.
• Support in coordinating stewarding team, schedules, and paperwork.
