Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• 3–5 years casino experience as Floor Service Supervisor.
• Knowledge of multiple games is a plus.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Display knowledge of all table games, house rules, counting methods for each game in the area.
• Verify fill slips, credit slips, and markers for games in the area.
• Settle disputes arising from guests in the Table Games area; refer to manager at thresholds.
• Promote guest development and Total Rewards cards for patrons.
• Maintain table game inventories and track player win/losses.
