Caesars Entertainment in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a daily team of 16-20 employees, conduct suite inspections, and uphold hotel standards.

You will enforce policies, oversee supplies, coordinate with front office, and ensure safety and high service levels. This on-site role requires physical stamina and knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping managerial experience preferred.
• Must have good communication and written skills.
• Able to walk long periods of time.
• Knowledge of chemicals and cleaning equipment
• Project management and scheduling.
• Knowledge of Culinary Union contract a plus.

Responsabilités

• Uphold all hotel and departmental policies and procedures.
• Report maintenance discrepancies timely and follow through.
• Enforce OSHA and Safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure tower public areas are cleaned and maintained to hotel standards.
• Monitor supplies and amenity levels in assigned areas.
• Initiate positive or corrective action when standards are met or neglected.
• Coordinate with Status Board Operators for accurate room status with front office.
• Use sound judgment regarding employee and guest safety and service.
• Familiar with guestroom cleaning techniques including industrial carpet and floor care.
