Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Steward Supervisor to direct and coordinate all stewarding activities, ensuring service standards are met across BOH and FOH. You will supervise staff, manage sanitation, and support operations during peak events.

The role requires strong hospitality orientation, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask with attention to detail. This is a full-time, on-site position under the guidance of the Sous Chef/Executive Chef.

Qualifications

• Minimum strong hospitality orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage diverse duties.
• Attention to detail and flexible shifts.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Responsibilities

• Maintain high sanitation standards across all food prep areas.
• Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of all F&B service and kitchen equipment.
• Supervise stewarding staff according to Legends Global policies.
• Conduct inventory of equipment and cleaning supplies.
• Coordinate stewarding operations in absence of the Sous/Executive Chef.
• Support operations during peak periods and events.
• Monitor chemical use and safety records; keep breakages logged.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and drive cost-control initiatives.
