Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years’ experience in a high-volume kitchen area.
• Must be able to work long flexible hours including late nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all stewarding staff.
• Direct housekeeping of wares, storage, and major equipment.
• Execute stewarding and dish duties.
• Inspect kitchens, workrooms, and equipment for cleanliness and order.
• Direct cleaning of all areas; ensure safety and security of employees and guests.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding food and beverage operations.
• Manage chemical usage and dishwasher operations; proper trash disposal.
• Respond quickly to changing trends and workloads; multitask to complete projects.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
