Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Stewarding Lead to oversee the daily stewarding and back-of-house operations at Well by Durst in New York City. You will supervise dishwashing and sanitation while supporting culinary, catering, concessions, and premium services teams to ensure efficiency and compliance.

The role requires 2–4 years in kitchen operations with leadership experience, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and long shifts in a fast-paced venue.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of stewarding, dishwashing, or kitchen operations experience in high-volume environments.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience supporting large-scale meetings and high-volume service operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise stewarding operations during daily operations, events, and functions.
• Coordinate staffing based on event schedules and projected volumes.
• Ensure proper cleaning, resetting, and distribution of dishware and equipment.
• Support culinary and catering operations to maintain smooth back-of-house execution.
• Maintain compliance with health, sanitation, and safety standards.
