Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Steward Supervisor to direct and coordinate stewarding activities within the Food & Beverage department. You will assist BOH and FOH to ensure adherence to service standards and Legends Global procedures.

You will oversee sanitation, equipment maintenance, inventory control, and staff guidance, with responsibilities during peak events and rallies for cost-effective operations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain high sanitation standards in all food prep areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of all F&B service and kitchen equipment.
• Guide stewarding staff per Legends Global policies and procedures.
• Conduct inventory of equipment and cleaning supplies for operations.
• Coordinate stewarding operations in absence of the Sous Chef or Executive Chef.
• Provide support to operations during peak periods and events.
• Keep inventory of small wares, bar glasses, and chemicals up to date.
• Lead pre-shift meetings for stewarding staff.
• Ensure proper use of dish machines and chemical dispensers.
