Responsibilities

• Maintain high sanitation standards in all food preparation areas.
• Guide stewarding staff according to Legends Global policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory of equipment, small wares, and chemicals.
• Supervise the Stewarding team to maximize resources and cost control.
• Lead pre-shift meetings for stewarding staff and coordinate inspections.
• Report equipment faults and maintain a safe working environment.
• Breakdown stations set based on event activity and inventory control.
• Conduct weekly safety walk-through and ensure compliance with health regulations.
