Responsibilities

• Oversee all stewarding staff.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper storage of wares and major culinary equipment.
• Execute stewarding and dish duties.
• Inspect kitchens and equipment for cleanliness and order.
• Direct efficient cleaning of all areas, including walls and floors.
• Maintain dishwasher and equipment upkeep.
• Protect safety of employees and guests.
• Adhere to Legends Global policies.
• Work non-traditional hours as needed.
