Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale seeks a seasoned Stewarding Manager to lead the stewarding operations across our resort's restaurants, kitchens, banquet spaces, and other Food & Beverage outlets.

You will direct the stewarding team, manage daily sanitation and dishwashing, ensure adequate equipment and supplies, and coordinate with Culinary, F&B, Purchasing, Engineering and events teams to support service and special occasions.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality education preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee stewarding operations across resort restaurants, kitchens, banquet spaces, and other F&B outlets.
• Lead, train, and develop stewarding staff; schedule according to business volume.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, and cleanliness to luxury resort standards.
• Coordinate with Culinary, F&B, Purchasing, and Engineering to support service and events.
• Manage inventory, par levels, and cost controls.
• Support sustainability initiatives and waste management.
