Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an Executive Steward to lead the Stewarding Department. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will oversee ordering, inventory and sanitation of China, glass and silver while ensuring compliance with sanitation standards and HACCP.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Four-year college degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a luxury hotel or club property.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Serve Safe, Sanitation and HACCP proficiency.
• Strong customer service aptitude.
• Ability to manage labor and operating costs.

• Oversee the Stewarding Department operations and inventory.
• Maintain sanitation standards across back-of-house areas.
• Manage daily team communications and performance.
• Control hazardous cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
• Coordinate opening and closing procedures.
