Pier Sixty-Six Resort in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a well-rounded Club Stewarding Supervisor to join our opening team. You will be integral to delivering distinctively different culinary experiences and supporting the culinary department under the guidance of the Executive Steward and Stewarding Manager.

This high-volume role requires a passion for stewarding and the culinary arts, with responsibility for inventory, training, and daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ stewarding experience, with 1 years’ experience in a stewarding leadership role.
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Ordering supplies to maintain proper par levels.
• Assisting with inventory and storage of equipment.
• Ensuring ware washing and kitchen equipment are clean and functional; maintain daily cleaning schedule.
• Assist in managing kitchen recycling program and special projects.
• Maintain cleanliness of back-of-house areas and walk-ins.
• Deliver food for banquet events and break down stations after events.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; place orders as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure areas meet company standards.
• Provide training on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and equipment usage.
