Zuma Restaurants is seeking a dedicated ZumaSteward/Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness in our kitchen and dining areas. You will wash dishes, Utensils, and kitchen equipment, and assist with general cleaning as needed at our Miami venue.

Formación

• A genuine love for culinary experiences and Japanese cuisine.
• Natural team player who works well with a large team.
• Friendly, customer‑oriented and skilled at creating memorable dining experiences.
• Previous kitchen experience in a high‑volume restaurant preferred.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, and cooking utensils using dishwashing machines or by hand, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards are met
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently, following manufacturer instructions and guidelines
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in kitchen and dining areas
• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas according to established procedures and schedules
• Assist with general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces in kitchen and dining areas
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and storage areas, ensuring supplies are properly stocked and organized
