Zuma in Las Vegas is seeking a ZumaSteward/Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of our kitchen and dining areas, washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, and assisting with general cleaning tasks. You’ll help keep our high-traffic kitchen organized and safe for guests and staff.

The role offers hands-on experience in a premier Japanese dining brand, with world-class training, opportunities to grow within the Azumi collection, and a supportive team that values warmth and teamwork.

Competenze

• Basic knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety procedures.
• Experience in high-volume kitchen preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, and cooking utensils to sanitation standards.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste in designated areas.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas.
• Assist with sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning tasks.
• Maintain organized dishwashing and storage areas.
