Zuma Restaurants is seeking a dedicated ZumaSteward/Dishwasher to keep our kitchen and dining spaces pristine. You will wash dishes, glassware, and utensils, operate dishwashing equipment, and assist with general cleaning to ensure a safe, hygienic guest experience.

Qualifications

• Love for culinary experiences and passion for Japanese cuisine.
• Team player who works well with a large team.
• Friendly, customer-oriented approach with guests.
• Prior kitchen experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen sanitation and safety procedures.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, and utensils using dishwashing machines or by hand.
• Operate washing equipment safely and efficiently following guidelines.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste maintaining cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas.
• Assist with general cleaning including sweeping, mopping, and wiping surfaces.
• Maintain organized dishwashing and storage areas with stocked supplies.
