Sotera Health Company is seeking an Operator at our West Memphis site to coordinate daily conveyor activities, load and unload products, and manage dosimeter processing under the guidance of supervisors. The role requires accuracy in data recording and adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED, fluency in English, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
• Must be able to read and use a tape measure.
• Must be able to lift a maximum of 50 pounds and perform repetitive bending.
• Forklift driving experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Load and unload product into totes for sterilization.
• Prepare dosimeters for work orders and operate the dosimeter reader.
• Record input, dosimeter readings, and run data sheets.
• Follow safety procedures and assist maintenance as needed.
