Job summary

Sotera Health is seeking an Operator to coordinate conveyor activities, load and unload product, and assist in safe operation of irradiation systems. You will manage dosimeters, prepare data sheets, and support maintenance as needed.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, fluent English, and the ability to read a tape measure. Forklift experience and computer skills are a plus, with standard shifts and physical lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
• Must be able to read and use a tape measure.
• Forklift driving experience is preferred.
• Computer skills are desired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities on the conveyor by organizing work orders at load and unload stations.
• Load and unload product into totes sterilized through irradiation.
• Prepare dosimeters for scheduled work orders and operate the dosimeter reader.
• Assemble processed dosimeters with run data sheets and load/unload sheets.
• Report system problems to Shift Supervisor or Maintenance team.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned.
