Job summary

Smile Doctors is seeking a devoted team member to support clinical operations. In this role you will clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment, keep treatment areas organized, and provide patient care instructions under supervision.

You will also perform laboratory tasks, upload records to the patient software, and participate in community events while cross-training in other support positions as needed. This position emphasizes a friendly, patient-centric environment within a dynamic orthodontic

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some dental/orthodontic industry experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment and working areas following protocols.
• Keep chairs clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide patient care instructions.
• Perform laboratory procedures under the general supervision of the Orthodontist.
• Upload records to patient software.
• Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events.
• Cross-train in other support positions as necessary.
