Job summary

Portage Orthodontics is seeking a Sterilization and Lab Assistant to join our growing team. You will clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment and patient areas according to strict protocols.

Responsibilities include assisting in orthodontic lab procedures, uploading records, and supporting marketing and community events. A high school diploma is required; dental experience is helpful but not required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some dental/orthodontic industry experience is helpful, but not required.

• Keep chairs clean, stocked, and organized.

• Perform laboratory procedures under the general supervision of the Orthodontist.

• Cross-trains in other support positions as necessary.
