Job summary

Wilson Orthodontics is seeking a Sterilization and Lab Assistant to join our growing team. The role involves cleaning, sterilizing, and preparing equipment and working areas to protocol, keeping chairs clean and organized, and guiding patients with care instructions.

Additionally, you will upload records to the patient software, assist with local store marketing and community events, and cross-train in other support positions as needed to help our practice run smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some dental/orthodontic industry experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sterilize, and prepare the equipment and working areas in strict accordance with sterilization/disinfection protocols.
• Keep chairs clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide patient care instructions.
• Upload records to patient software.
• Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events.
• Cross-trains in other support positions as necessary.
