Job summary

Smile Doctors is seeking a Sterilization and Lab Assistant to join our growing team. You will clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment, maintain clean and organized chairs, and support orthodontic procedures under supervision. You will also manage patient records uploads and participate in community events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some dental/orthodontic industry experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment and work areas per protocols.
• Keep chairs clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide patient care instructions.
• Perform laboratory procedures under supervision of the Orthodontist.
• Upload records to patient software.
• Assist in local store marketing and community events.
• Cross-train in other support positions as necessary.
