Job summary

Smile Doctors is seeking a Sterilization and Lab Assistant to join our growing team. You will clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment and working areas in strict accordance with sterilization/disinfection protocols.

You will also assist in laboratory procedures and maintain clean, organized chairs and patient areas. Additional duties include uploading patient records, supporting local store marketing and community events, and cross-training in other roles as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment and work areas according to sterilization/disinfection protocols.
• Keep chairs clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide patient care instructions.
• Perform laboratory procedures under supervision.
• Upload records to patient software.
• Assist in local store marketing and community events.
• Cross-train in other support positions as necessary.
