Job summary

Smile Doctors is hiring a Sterilization and Lab Assistant to join our growing team in Lavonia, GA. You will sterilize equipment, keep treatment areas clean, and support orthodontic operations while learning lab procedures under supervision.

The role involves patient care instruction, record uploads to the software, and occasional marketing/event support. Dental/orthodontic experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some dental/orthodontic industry experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment and work areas per sterilization protocols.
• Keep chairs clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide patient care instructions.
• Perform laboratory procedures under supervision.
• Upload records to patient software.
• Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events.
• Cross-trains in other support positions as necessary.
