Smile Doctors of Wisconsin, S.C. is hiring a Sterilization and Lab Assistant to support our orthodontic team.

You will sterilize, clean, and prepare equipment and work areas, keep chairs stocked and organized, and provide patient care instructions. You will perform laboratory procedures under the Orthodontist's supervision and upload records to patient software, with opportunities to cross-train in other support roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Some dental/orthodontic industry experience is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sterilize, and prepare equipment and working areas according to protocols.
• Keep chairs clean, stocked, and organized.
• Provide patient care instructions.
• Perform laboratory procedures under supervision of the Orthodontist.
