Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in instrument processing or sterile processing.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification required upon hire or within 6 months.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Tecsys and Censitrac tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, sterilize, assemble, and deliver instruments for surgeries and procedures.
• Serve as clinical liaison between Operating Rooms and CSS offsite locations to track sterilized instrumentation.
• Monitor tray movement and standardize instrument trays across the enterprise.
• Support 24/7 operations across multiple reprocessing sites and educate CCS Technicians and Instrumentation Coordinators.
