Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center seeks an Instrumentation Coordinator to support the James Outpatient Care Department and central sterile supply. This role coordinates OR and Sterile Processing activities, ensuring sterilized instruments are ready for use and allocated across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or possess the G.E.D.
• At least one year of experience as an instrument processor or Surgical Technologist.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification required within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily OR and Sterile Processing activities to facilitate efficient case flow.
• Assist in projects and process improvement.
• Order, procure and organize instrument trays on a global level to service the enterprise.
