Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or related field as listed.
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist License (TX State Board).
• Minimum of one year of sterile pharmacy experience.
• Expert proficiency in USP <797> sterile compounding standards and related cGMP regulations.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication within a team.

Responsibilities

• Compound prescriptions with precision following USP <797> standards.
• Verify accuracy of prescriptions and ensure proper distribution.
• Collaborate with technicians to manage sterile compounding workflow and records.
• Oversee inventory and replenish sterile product supplies.
• Engage in research to improve compounding techniques and formulations.
