LRSolutions, LLC in Charleston, SC seeks a Home Infusion Compounding Technician to assist with the sterile preparation of medications and patient supplies under the direct supervision of a pharmacist. This role supports the PIC and requires attention to safety, labeling accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include maintaining clean work areas, monitoring environmental conditions, handling inventory, and ensuring timely patient care with properly documented records.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Applicant must be 18 years or older.
• State Board of Pharmacy requirements must be met.
• Pharmacy technician training preferred.
• Experience in compounding or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Registration with the State Board of Pharmacy is required if applicable.

Mansioni

• Perform sterile compounding per USP 797 and follow SOPs.
• Maintain sterile compounding competencies and proper labeling.
• Monitor environmental conditions daily and report deviations to the PIC.
• Manage medication inventory and ensure timely refills for patients.
• Enter supplies into inventory system and ensure proper storage.
• Conduct monthly inventory of ambulatory infusion suite supplies.
• Document patient follow-up calls and maintain thorough records.
• Report incidents according to company policy and escalate as needed.

Formazione

High School diploma or equivalent

Must be 18 years of age or older

Meet all State Board of Pharmacy requirements

Completion of pharmacy technician training preferred

Experience in compounding or healthcare setting is preferred

Registered with the State Board of Pharmacy if applicable in state(s) of service area(s)
