Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older and meet State Board of Pharmacy requirements.
• Pharmacy technician training completed; compounding experience preferred.
• Registered with the State Board of Pharmacy if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform sterile compounding per USP 797.
• Follow SOPs and Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Clean work surfaces and equipment according to USP 797 and SOPs.
• Maintain sterile compounding competencies and proper labeling.
