Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform sterile compounding per USP 797.
• Follow SOPs, USP 797, and Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Maintain sterile compounding competencies and proper labeling.
• Monitor environmental conditions and document readings daily.
• Manage inventory, order medications, and ensure timely patient care.
• Enter supplies into Vital Systems and upload delivery tickets into Care Tend.
• Complete patient follow-up calls and thorough documentation.
• Report incidents and collaborate with team to ensure continuity of care.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

State Board of Pharmacy registration (if applicable)

Pharmacy technician training completion

Experience in compounding or healthcare setting
