Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc is seeking a Home Infusion Compounding Technician to assist with sterile compounding and patient supply assembly under the supervision of a pharmacist. Responsibilities include following SOPs and USP 797 guidelines, maintaining clean work areas, and ensuring proper labeling and documentation.

The role requires attention to environmental conditions, inventory management, and collaboration with the PIC and healthcare team to support uninterrupted patient treatments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Meet all State Board of Pharmacy requirements.
• Completion of pharmacy technician training preferred.
• Experience in compounding or healthcare setting preferred.
• Registered with State Board of Pharmacy if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform sterile compounding per USP 797.
• Follow all SOPs, USP 797, and Board of Pharmacy regulations and requirements.
• Clean all work surfaces, equipment, floors, ceilings, and walls according to USP 797 and SOPs.
• Maintain sterile compounding competencies.
• Assure that all drugs prepared are in appropriate containers that are adequately labeled.
• Monitor and document environmental conditions daily and notify the PIC when readings are out of range.
