Job summary

TSI Raleigh, LLC. seeks a Home Infusion Compounding Technician to assist in sterile compounding and patient supply assembly under pharmacist supervision in Charleston, SC.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Meet all State Board of Pharmacy requirements.
• Completion of pharmacy technician training preferred.
• Experience in compounding or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Registered with the State Board of Pharmacy if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform sterile compounding per USP 797.
• Follow SOPs, USP 797, and Board of Pharmacy requirements.
• Clean all work surfaces, equipment, floors, ceilings, and walls.
• Maintain sterile compounding competencies.
• Ensure drugs are prepared in properly labeled containers.
• Monitor environmental conditions daily and report out-of-range readings.
• Maintain On Track Task Logs daily.
• Manage timely refills to avoid treatment interruptions.
• Upload delivery tickets into Care Tend and confirm signed Admission Agreements.
• Conduct patient follow-up assessment calls and document findings.
• Order medications to keep inventory well-stocked.
• Enter supplies into Vital Systems inventory.
• Store drugs safely and keep workspace organized.
• Inspect shelves and reorder supplies to prevent shortages.
• Perform monthly inventory of ambulatory infusion supplies.
• Report misconduct or unethical activities to HR.
• Build positive relationships with clients through attentive support.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication with staff and patients.
• Assist with quality control and performance improvement as directed.
