Mercy Health in Springfield, OH is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Progressive Care (Step Down) Unit on a PRN basis. You will work night shifts, collaborate with the care team, assess patients and develop care plans to improve outcomes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to coordinate care
• Assess patient status and develop care plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments
• Ensure safe medication administration and patient safety
• Serve as liaison across Med-Surg and Step-Down units
