Qualifications

• Valid RN license (OH) and BLS required; ACLS preferred at hire or within 6 months.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience in acute care.
• BSN preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status and develop care plans.
• Coordinate care across Med-Surg, PCU, and ICU interfaces.
• Administer medications safely per policies and procedures.
• Act as patient safety advocate and participate in quality improvement in the department.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
