Job summary

Mercy Health's Springfield Regional Medical Center is seeking a New Grad Progressive Care RN (Step Down) to deliver compassionate nursing care on the night shift. You will assess patient status, coordinate care with Med-Surg and ICU teams, and develop care plans to support safe, effective outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing (state).
• BLS required; ACLS preferred at hire, must obtain within 6 months if applicable.
• Experience as LPN or CNA preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Assess patient status, create a plan of care, implement treatment and evaluate effectiveness.
• Coordinate patient care across hospital departments and ensure safety.
• Administer medications in a safe manner per policies.
