North Coast, part of the Sonepar family, invites emerging professionals to join STEP, a 12-month rotational program in Portland, OR. You will gain hands-on experience across warehouse, sales, procurement, project management, e-commerce, and corporate operations through on-the-job training, e-learning, and mentor-led residencies.

The program starts in June 2027. Candidates should hold a BA/BS in related fields, maintain at least a 3.0 GPA, demonstrate initiative, and be authorized to work in the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, engineering, sales, marketing or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Self-starter attitude and initiative.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across Warehouse/Logistics and Outside Sales/Specialty Track.
• Exposure to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, PM, E-Commerce.
• Residency-style training with mentor programs.
• Potential travel to different company locations.
