Job summary

Lake Washington School District is seeking a Professional-Technical Level H technician to provide second-level technology support, diagnose issues, and resolve tier two technology problems across district locations. You will maintain records, contribute to the knowledge base, and support deployments and on-site tasks at schools and the district resource center.

Qualifications

Responds to, diagnoses, and resolves tier two technology support issues.
Maintains records on issues and documents solutions for knowledge base.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve escalated issues using various methods including research and vendor contact.
Answer voice and communication from peers and customers with clear solutions for district employees, students, and parents.
Perform detailed record keeping and clerical tasks to maintain support tickets and issue documentation.
Document, update, and review electronic records and procedure documents for other tech support staff.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and update skills accordingly.
May help deploy technology to schools or warehouse.
Tier 2 and 3 escalations for career and technical hardware and applications.
Facilitate moves, adds and changes to CTE installs and deployments with safe, accessible environments.
