Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing and pipeline-building experience.
• Experience with end-to-end recruiting.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Onsite in St. Louis, MO, three days per week.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Own the recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding, including offer negotiations.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen candidates thoroughly and present qualified candidates to managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring leaders.
• Develop relationships with managers, HR partners, candidates, and stakeholders.
• Identify creative sourcing strategies for challenging roles.
• Support recruiting initiatives such as career events and job fairs.
• Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and adhere to processes.
• Share best practices to improve recruiting processes.
