Job summary

Envision is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Advisor / Recruiter to join our team in St. Louis. You will drive full-cycle recruitment across STEM disciplines, building proactive pipelines and engaging both active and passive candidates.

You will partner with hiring managers and HR to craft marketable roles, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and continuously optimize sourcing strategies. This hybrid role requires a strong sourcing mindset and ability to operate independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Full-cycle/end-to-end recruiting experience.
• Strong candidate sourcing and pipeline-building skills.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, networking, and consultation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and functional areas.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong commitment to confidentiality and professional integrity.
• Ability to work onsite 3 days per week in St. Louis, MO.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Manage full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offers, onboarding.
• Proactively source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Develop inclusive candidate pools and explore new sourcing channels.
• Conduct prescreens and present high-quality candidates to managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring leaders.
