Job summary

KellyMitchell Group is seeking a Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Advisor) to support STEM hiring efforts in St. Louis, MO.

You will manage the full-cycle recruitment across technical and professional disciplines, partner with managers, build pipelines, and ensure an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the lifecycle. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, relationship-building, and proficiency with ATS tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 3+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing and candidate pipeline development experience.
• Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to effectively represent organizational priorities to candidates.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
• Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent mapping activities.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates.
• Provide regular updates, market insights, and hiring recommendations to hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain recruiting documentation, candidate records, and hiring activity within applicant tracking systems.
• Partner with Human Resources and business leaders to create job postings and align candidate qualifications with business requirements.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and recruiting best practices.
• Support recruiting projects, career fairs, networking events, community outreach initiatives, and talent acquisition programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
