Job summary

Bradford White is seeking a Receiving Coordinator for steel materials to coordinate receipts, inventory movements, and related transactions across our manufacturing network. You will work with Steel Procurement, Planning, Operations, Accounts Payable, and logistics to ensure accurate and timely processing and documentation.

Responsibilities include monitoring shipments, maintaining supporting documents, and escalating discrepancies.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or manufacturing.
• Proficient in computer skills, math, and problem solving.
• Effective communication and data evaluation across functions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate steel receipts, inventory movement, and related material activity across Bradford White facilities, suppliers, and external partners.
• Process steel receipts and inventory transactions in Oracle.
• Track inbound steel shipments, lot codes, receipt status, and transaction completion.
• Coordinate material transfers to/from outside facilities for inventory visibility and availability.
• Process drop ship receipts, surcharges, and freight with proper documentation.
