Job summary

Willbanks Metals Inc. in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to manage inbound and outbound movement of steel products, verify shipments, and ensure material traceability with Production, Sales, and Yard teams.

You will enter data in the ERP, prepare bills of lading and packing lists, coordinate with drivers, and maintain a safe, organized dock on either 1st or 2nd shift; forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related experience considered.
• 1+ year shipping/receiving, warehouse, logistics, or related role.
• Experience in an industrial metals/fabrication environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow shipping/receiving processes to load/unload safely and accurately.
• Verify material against bills of lading, packing lists, and work orders.
• Enter and update shipment data in ERP to maintain real-time inventory.
