Steel Technologies LLC in Kentucky is seeking a Receiving Coordinator responsible for receiving, un-packing and recording incoming materials. You will ensure accurate records and support efficient material flow across receiving and storage areas.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to use measuring tools, and proficiency with the AS 400 system for material identification and PO alignment. You will help train new staff and communicate non-conformances to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform receiving inspection and material identification through AS 400 receiving menu.
• Ability to handle storage of incoming material to ensure compliance with ordered specifications.
• Proficiency in using measuring tools and ensuring safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and record incoming materials.
• Compare shipping documents to PO and identify material in AS 400.
• Inspect material for damage and quality.
• Store materials safely and in proper location.
• Train new employees in receiving operations, safety, quality, and productivity.
• Communicate non-compliance issues to supervisor or shift lead.
