Bradford White is seeking a Receiving Coordinator for steel materials to coordinate receipts, inventory movements, and related transactions across our manufacturing network. You will work with Steel Procurement, Planning, Operations, Accounts Payable, and logistics to ensure accurate and timely processing and documentation.
Responsibilities include monitoring shipments, maintaining supporting documents, and escalating discrepancies.
The Receiving Coordinator - Steel is responsible for coordinating accurate and timely steel receiving, inventory movement, drop ship receipts, and related material transactions across Bradford White manufacturing facilities, suppliers, and external partners. This role works closely with Steel Procurement, Material Planning, Operations, Accounts Payable, suppliers, and logistics partners to process receipts, maintain supporting documentation, resolve issues, and ensure inventory activity is completed accurately.
