Job summary

Bradford White in Middleville, MI seeks a Receiving Supervisor to oversee daily receiving across two shifts and two warehouses. You will lead receiving coordinators, ensure accurate receipt and labeling, and support OSP processes with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities include training, auditing, and sustaining standard processes, prioritizing production needs, and driving continuous improvement. Strong leadership, communication, and ERP experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
• Leadership experience in receiving, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations is required.
• Experience with three-part receipt verification (BOL, packing slip, labeling) and system transaction accuracy.
• Experience with ERP/MRP/WMS systems; Oracle experience preferred.
• Knowledge of inbound freight flow, dock operations, trailer yard coordination, and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Lead receiving coordinators across two shifts and two warehouses with emphasis on safety, accuracy, and quality.
• Implement and sustain standard receiving processes including three-part verification.
• Oversee high-volume inbound activity with 30+ daily trailers to support production needs.
• Manage receiving dock flow, yard coordination, and storage trailer utilization.
• Ensure transactions in Oracle support inventory accuracy and planning.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound material movement with internal teams and partners.
• Lead problem solving, escalation, and cross-functional communications daily.
• Coach and develop team members, addressing performance and safety concerns.
