Job summary

Triple-S Steel Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Receiving Clerk to manage receiving, inventory, and logistics operations within our warehouse network.

You will ensure accurate documentation, timely order processing, and coordination with drivers and internal teams to support efficient billing. Responsibilities include validating POs, scheduling inbound goods, processing transfers, and assisting with inventory control and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior warehouse/receiving experience a plus.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities; ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to support receiving and billing.
• Process transfers between warehouses and branches.
• Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
• Support billing with returns and credits.
